2. How to Receive the Service After Payment

To receive services, the User authorizes through Telegram and gains access to the personal account on the service website.

After successful payment:

  • paid service units (sessions) are automatically credited to the User's balance;
  • access to functionality is provided immediately;
  • manual confirmation or additional activation is not required.

Providing access to the personal account and crediting sessions constitutes receipt of the digital good.

3. Available Digital Services

The User can purchase:

  • A mini session (20 minutes) of text communication with the AI assistant;
  • A standard session (50 minutes) of text communication with the AI assistant;
  • A subscription including: 10 standard sessions, 1 mini session per day for 30 calendar days, validity period — 30 calendar days.

Each paid unit is displayed in the personal account as available session balance.

4. How Purchased Sessions Are Used

The User can at any time:

  • open a chat with AI,
  • write a message,
  • select a session type,
  • start a dialogue.

Deduction occurs automatically when communication begins.

From the moment of session deduction, the service is considered started.

The User may use paid sessions throughout their validity period.

5. Where to Access Services

Access to services is provided:

  • on the «chat PSY AI» website,
  • after authorization through Telegram (Telegram is used only as an authentication method).

Full functionality operates within the web interface.

6. Activation Period

Sessions are credited to the balance:

  • instantly after successful payment;
  • in rare cases — up to 10 minutes, if the payment operator has a temporary delay.

7. Purchase Confirmation

Confirmation of digital goods receipt is:

  • payment system notification (e.g., Robokassa);
  • appearance of paid sessions in the personal account;
  • ability to immediately start interacting with the AI assistant.

8. What to Do If Sessions Did Not Appear

If payment was processed but sessions were not displayed, the User can contact support:

Requests are processed within 24 hours.

9. Refund Conditions

  • Service offerings are digital goods.
  • After providing access to the personal account and crediting sessions, refunds are not issued, except in cases provided by applicable legislation (e.g., inability to access due to the Provider's fault).
  • Unused sessions are non-refundable if access to the service has been provided.

10. Personal Nature of the Service

Purchased sessions are personal, assigned to the User's account, and cannot be transferred or resold to third parties.

11. Restrictions and Proper Use

In case of violation of the terms of use, deliberate AI provocation, abuse of functionality, or attempts to improperly influence the algorithms, the Provider reserves the right to restrict access to the service without a refund.
