1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable data protection legislation.

1.2. Using the Service constitutes the User's consent to this Policy.

1.3. The Service provides psychological support through an AI assistant. All data is processed strictly within the scope of the service functionality.

2. Personal Data Collected by the Service

2.1. Data obtained through Telegram authorization

  • Telegram user ID, used for authorization and user identification;
  • Username specified in Telegram or changed in the personal account.

2.2. Data provided during registration or in the personal account

  • Date of birth (if voluntarily provided by the user);
  • Gender (if added by the user).

2.3. Data generated during use of the Service

  • Chat history with the AI assistant;
  • Test results;
  • Information about purchased sessions;
  • Technical logs (request times, site events).

2.4. Technical data

  • Cookies — functional, analytical, technical;
  • Data about the operating system and browser used.

2.5. Information Related to Emotional Well-Being

During interaction with the AI assistant, the User may voluntarily provide information about their emotional state, feelings, experiences, or general psychological well-being.

Such information:

  • is provided solely at the User's discretion;
  • is not requested for medical purposes;
  • is processed exclusively to generate personalized AI assistant responses within the Service functionality.

The Service:

  • is not a medical organization;
  • does not provide medical or psychiatric services;
  • does not diagnose mental health conditions;
  • does not provide treatment, therapy, or medical advice.

However, voluntarily submitted information relating to emotional or psychological well-being may be considered health-related personal data under applicable data protection laws, including Article 9 of the GDPR.

Processing of such data is carried out solely on the basis of the User's explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), expressed through the voluntary use of the Service and interaction with the AI assistant.

We do not collect medical diagnoses, passport data, residential addresses, or any identifying documents. Information related to emotional well-being is provided voluntarily by the User and is processed in accordance with Section 2.5 of this Policy.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

We process data exclusively for:

  • providing access to the Service;
  • user authorization and identification through Telegram;
  • ensuring functionality within the personal account;
  • AI assistant operation and correct response to requests;
  • crediting, debiting, and tracking sessions;
  • communication with the support team;
  • interaction analysis and service quality improvement;
  • contacting the user when necessary (support, access recovery, account deletion);
  • compliance with applicable legislation.

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

  • User consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
  • explicit consent for processing information related to emotional well-being voluntarily provided by the User (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR);
  • performance of the public offer agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • necessity to provide access to the Service functionality;
  • compliance with applicable legal obligations;
  • payment operator requirements.

5. Data Recipients

Data transfer is carried out exclusively to fulfill the Service functionality and provide services to the User.

5.1. OpenRouter

OpenRouter is used to generate AI assistant responses and acts as a data processor providing AI inference services on behalf of the Service.

For the purpose of generating relevant responses, the following data may be transmitted:

  • user message text;
  • name specified in Telegram or personal account;
  • age and gender (if voluntarily provided);
  • psychological test results;
  • selected session type.

Such data may include information voluntarily provided by the User relating to their emotional or psychological well-being.

Data is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating AI assistant responses and is not used by OpenRouter for independent purposes.

OpenRouter processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations.

5.2. Robokassa

Used for payment processing. Only data necessary for payment is transferred (anonymized transaction data).

5.3. Telegram

Used for authorization. The Service receives data that Telegram provides during authorization: user ID, username, and display name.

5.4. Railway

Used as application hosting and database. Stores:

  • user accounts;
  • AI chat history;
  • user interaction history with AI (for response personalization);
  • test results;
  • transaction and payment information;
  • session balance and subscription information;
  • user feedback.

Railway may also receive technical log data (request time, IP, user-agent).

All data is stored in encrypted form with restricted access.

Each of these services processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention Periods

  • Account data — until deleted by the user or upon request.
  • AI chat history — until deleted by the user or upon request.
  • Financial data — up to 5 years in accordance with applicable accounting and tax legislation.

7. How to Delete Your Data

Users can delete their data by sending a request to support:

Users may also submit data deletion requests through in-account settings available within the Service interface (when authorized).

Please include your UID, available in your personal account.

After identification, data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Data Protection

We use:

  • data encryption on the Railway side,
  • HTTPS encryption,
  • restricted database access,
  • key-based access control,
  • hosting and API security audits.

The Service implements technical and organizational measures to protect data from:

  • unauthorized access,
  • modification,
  • loss,
  • distribution.

Data access is limited to the individuals and services necessary for the operation of «chat PSY AI».

9. User Rights

Users have the right to:

  • obtain information about data processing;
  • request data correction;
  • request data deletion;
  • withdraw consent to data processing;
  • file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

10. Policy Changes

The Policy may be changed unilaterally by the operator. The current version is always available on the Service website and takes effect from the moment of publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes consent to the new version.

11. Data Received via Google OAuth

When the User chooses to sign in using their Google account, the Service may receive the following information from the User's Google profile:

  • Google account unique identifier;
  • name;
  • email address;
  • profile image (if available).

This information is used solely for:

  • authentication;
  • account creation;
  • secure access to the Service.

Google user data is not used for:

  • advertising purposes;
  • user profiling;
  • resale or transfer to data brokers.

The Service does not sell personal data and does not transfer Google user data to third parties except where necessary to provide the core functionality of the Service (e.g., secure hosting or AI response generation).

Google user data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to provide access to the Service.
