User Agreement

3. Terms of Service

3.3. The Provider reserves the right to change the cost and content of services without prior notice by posting updated information on the website.
3.4. Payment for services constitutes the User's agreement with their characteristics and conditions.
3.5. AI-Based Nature of the Service
The User acknowledges that interaction within the Service occurs with an artificial intelligence system and not with a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, or any other qualified healthcare professional.
AI-generated responses:
- are automated;
- are based solely on user-provided input;
- may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in certain contexts;
- should not be relied upon as professional advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified specialist.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Provider undertakes to:
- Provide services in accordance with the description on the website.
- Maintain the confidentiality of User data.
The Provider has the right to:
- Make changes to the service operation.
- Restrict access in case of Agreement violations.
The User undertakes to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Not use the service in violation of the law.
- Pay for services according to the tariffs.
- Use the service only within the terms of the Agreement and applicable legislation.
The User has the right to:
- Receive services according to the paid tariffs.
- Contact the support team.
5. Payment and Refunds
5.1. Payment is made electronically through available methods on the website.
5.2. Payment confirms the conclusion of an agreement between the Provider and the User.
5.3. Refunds are only possible in cases provided by applicable legislation, for example, when the service cannot be provided due to the Provider's fault or technical reasons.
5.4. Digital, informational, and educational products are non-refundable after access is granted.
5.5. After payment for a session or subscription, it is credited to the User's balance in the personal account and serves as proof of the acquired right to the service.
5.6. The User may use purchased sessions at any convenient time within the service validity period.
5.7. Paid sessions that have not been used are non-refundable if access to the service has been provided.
6. Service Limitations and Liability
6.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
6.2. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service or complete accuracy of AI-generated responses.
6.3. The Service:
- is not a medical organization;
- does not provide mental health treatment;
- does not offer psychological or psychiatric therapy;
- does not perform diagnostics of mental or emotional conditions;
- does not prevent, treat, or manage mental disorders.

6.5. The Service is not intended for use in situations involving:
- mental health crises;
- suicidal thoughts;

In such cases, Users must immediately contact qualified professionals or emergency services.
6.6. The Provider shall not be held liable for:
- decisions made by the User based on AI-generated responses;
- consequences of reliance on Service content;
- actions taken by the User outside the Service environment.
6.7. The User assumes full responsibility for how they interpret and apply any information received through interaction with the AI assistant.
6.8. User Responsibility for Submitted Information
The User understands that they may voluntarily provide information related to their emotional state or personal experiences while interacting with the AI assistant.
Such interaction is initiated at the User's discretion and does not constitute a request for medical or therapeutic services.
7. Intellectual Property and AI Content
All software, design elements, and Service functionality are the intellectual property of the Provider.
AI-generated responses are created automatically based on user input and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent of the Provider.
8. Personal Data Processing
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website.
9. Changes to the Agreement
The Provider reserves the right to change the Agreement terms at any time. The new version takes effect from the moment of publication.

- the Provider is not responsible for how the User applies the information received through the Service.
